Looking for a job? Don’t make me laugh… – End of series (sob)
It’s no use crying over spilled milk. We can fix this. Would you like to meet-up for a quick interview? I assure you it will be more fulfilling than joining those denizens of the deep, dark, ominous and haunting cyber world. My suggestion is this – take 10-15 minutes out of your busy day to meet and greet a real quality Recruiter who can actually facilitate the anxiety-producing process of interviewing, first by learning your wants and needs, your strengths and weaknesses, and then by weeding out the multitude of mismatches that will prove to be huge time saver for you. Next, we can discuss only the job(s) that peak your interest level. We will provide you with a dead-on accurate description of the complexities of your role, a comprehensive overview of the company culture, the players, the personalities, business objectives, etc. Once we agree upon a strategy, we can begin to execute a game plan. Our extensive Client Roster is designed to simplify your search, not complicate it. Much of what we do, day in and day out, is spent building and nurturing Client and Candidate relationships. We have been put through the rigors of legitimacy and competency by producing the right candidates for the right jobs for over 30 years. For what it’s worth, much of the weeding out process has been done for you. In this overcharged highly competitive environment, if a Recruiter is unable to produce high-quality candidates for his/her Clients, they just don’t last. Most IT Recruiters have a short shelf life, and they are easy to pick out because they bounce from one Recruiting firm to another hoping to find the secret to success. Thankfully, we have been consistently producing top talent for as long as the tech revolution has been around. We rely less on gimmickry by placing our trust in attaching value to good old -fashioned relationship building. Give us a call, shoot us an email or schedule a personalized meet-up. If we can’t deliver as promised, lunch is on me.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Because we all share the same planet, we just have to be reminded on how to move around in it again. Tilt your head up ever so slightly and become reacquainted with the sights and the sounds of the city. You will be amazed at what you’ve been missing.
